If I would go and place that folder on top of current /includes it will go inside includes and it will be /includes/includes..., is that whats needed?

Still very unclear but my zen cart is installed in public_html folder.

I went and uploaded the script to public_html/includes

so now it is: / public_html/includes/freerules

But where in admin can this module be managed, I do not think I was ever so lost with any script upload before
