We would have to have UPS or USPS re-write how they manage the millions of letters and packages that they deliver every day ...

We cannot help it that USPS wants to follow US Government rules and UPS wants to follow different rules when it comes to who owns who in the zoo ...

Maybe at some point we will re-write the world to figure out what the geography really means ... but probably not today ...
