If I look at my admin section for Ozpost I see the following options ticked for Overseas: Letters, Registered Letters, Air Parcels, Registered Air Parcels and Insured Air Parcels.

Is there something else obvious that I am over looking?

Tell me, did you type in the "Letters, Registered Letters, Air Parcels, Registered Air Parcels and Insured Air Parcels" text above, or was that a copy and paste?

I don't mind working for the answer, I am only a dumb end user so you have to use little words and big hints

Anyway, back to where we was.... if that was a copy/paste I can see something very subtely amiss that will explain the symptoms, but not the cause. I don't wish to follow this path if I can avoid it though.

Also, regardless of that, could I please ask you to set the 'hide parcel rates if letter sized' to 'NO', and let me know if it makes any difference at all.
