Ashley Pink Template Support Thread

One last question (this time I made sure I went to the readme file before I post >.<).

I can't seem to find solution to fixing the pink line above "write a review"? Mine is shorter. The demo one shows it all cross.

You can edit the includes/templates/ashley_pink/common/tpl_header.php file.

My footer content disappeared, and shows "QUICKLINKSINFORMATIONCUSTOMER_SERVICEIMPORTANTIMPORTANT_END". Also Information box shows "BOX_INFORMATION_ABOUT_US". How can I fix it? Many thanks.

I would try re-uploading the includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/ashley_pink/footer_menu_defines.php file.

You have not uploaded the files to the correct place on your server. Try re-uploading the entire template package again.

Also, I re-uploaded footer_menu_defines.php file to /includes/languages/english/html_includes/extra_definitions/ashley_pink/, is it the same as you suggested? I don't see extra_definitions direct under english. I had footer links two days ago, really don't know what button I hit wrong. Sorry to bug you, I am very new on this.

If you re-upload the template package files then you will have to re-do any customizations you have made.

Hi,
I installed this template, but it created a bug with my shopping cart.
Now if I try to add a product to my cart, I get a blank page. When I come back to my home page, I can see that the product has been add to my cart, and I can even open my cart page, but if I try to check out or update my cart, I get a blank page again.

Ignore that last comment, I figured it out. But now I'm trying to take out the "contact us" link from the header, and put a "new products" link instead. Does anybody know how to do that ? Thank you

You will edit the includes/templates/ashley_pink/common/tpl_header.php file.

I have tried looking everywhere. I need to change the logo coding so the file extension is a .png not a .jpg. Which file do I find this coding so I can change it?
