yes one may not be quite in the right spot or it got corrupted when uploaded, which can happen.

Re: Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I had a backup just before installing lightbox. So I uploaded it. But when I click on an image, nothing happens. Maybe something else is wrong. I haven't yet installed lightbox

If you're having a problem with the "larger image" functionality on the product description page....and don't have ZLB installed....then the problem lies with either your zen cart installation or some other mod that you're running.

Recommend you uninstall your other mods that affect image and/or product display and see if the problem still exists.

If it does...then you have a problem with your cart installation and need to troubleshoot it.

Either way...this is not a Zen Lightbox support issue...so going forward...you will need to post on the general support board of the forum.

Good luck and happy Zenning

Re: Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I have a new version working for ZC 1.5 RC3.
I don't want to post it in the wild here (to avoid added confusion), but feel free to PM me and I'll send you the link.

DarkAngel:

what version of zencart are you using?

upgrade to the latest version of lightbox and you won't need that mootools item....not all needed it

v1.3.8a (no plans to upgrade).

I've installed the latest version (1.6) on a test site and it doesn't seem to work properly:

http://www.silkblooms.co.uk/wholesale/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_6&products_id=1507

Click on the next image and it's all across to the left. This is because I had to change #lbImage in the css from position: absolute to position:relative. Position:absolute make the main image not appear for some weird reason.

In admin, I have the resize transition set to true, but the animations don't work. What should I set this to, apart from true?

Thanks sweety, someday I will need to go to that version but not until the add-ons I use all are compatible...incentive to the mod makers to do updates for that version.

by that time too the software will have all the bugs out...

But tis good that yours is ready for it too cause it is a great mod

first off I think the version you are using should work for that version of the cart but I strongly urge you to upgrade to 1.3.9h...I have had many owners that have had their stores hacked and their hosting providers have suspended their accounts because of it.

that version you have is very easily hacked.

you have a pretty store. is the template from here or another place? it may be something due to the template that is not letting it work right.

I have no clue why your resize transition is set that way it should show you true or false, maybe setting it back to true might help

Tested in my 1.50 RC2 install, and works perfectly. :bigups:

I would love to upgrade to 1.3.9h but I don't think it's even possible due to the amount of customisation we're using with custom written modifications and with the sheer amount of them. It'd be a mammoth task but I do have all security patches in place.

The template is not one from here. It's basically a butchered version of one we found on Google about three years ago. It's changed an awful lot since then.

I could probably solve the alignment issue with a bit of css play but I've set the resize transition to true and it doens't seem to do anything. The resize transitions are the only reason I'd consider upgrading our main site to the latest version. Is it a setting on one of the JS files perhaps?

Re: Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Hi.

I'm not sure if this is the correct thread but I don't see where else to put my question... sorry.
I have installed Zencart 1.5RC3 with the default products loaded. It works fine, using the andover_modern template, inc. Admin. All is running on WAMP on my local machine - latest version.
I have tried to install Zen Lightbox v1.6.2. I am not getting admin>configuration>Zen Lightbox option appearing.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

ZLB 1.6.2 doesn't fully integrate with ZC1.5 RC3. See this post for the resolution.

Re: Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Hello I installed the Zen Lightbox 1.6.2 on my ZC 1.3.9e and now when clicking on the image, I seem to get another image popping up underneath the displayed image.
In other words, I'll click the image, lightbox slides up and looks great. I can click next/prev and everything works fine, but when I click 'close', the light box closes, but there's another lightbox underneath showing the first image I clicked.

I messed around with a few different lightboxes for quite a while before getting this one to work properly, so it's possible I still have remnants of an old installation in there somewhere. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!
:)

did the other lightboxes you installed have uninstallers that you can run to try to remedy it?

I ran an uninstaller for Fual slimbox and it looked like the SQL script actually processed 4 entries, but still no fix.
It appears that the 2 lightbox windows are both from the Zen Lightbox 1.6.2 though....same font, same behaviors, etc.
The problem is that I started working in this several months ago, then gave up and just started working on it again today, so I've forgotten which ones I've tried and which ones I haven't.

niestudio:

It looks like your problematic files are:
[cart/js/mootools.js]
[cart/js/slimbox.js]
[cart/css/slimbox.css]

You are a god among mortals!

Thanks!
Works great now.
