IE8 has "Compatibility" mode. The little icon (looked like a broken paper) should be to the right of the URL address bar (or to the left of the refresh button). That will essentially put your browser in IE7 mode.

I installed the cross-sell add-on, which is working fine but its presence has created a visual issue. If you look at the *Tell A Friend *button on this product page you'll see that it is sitting on the centerBoxHeading bar of the new add-on. I haven't had any luck in my attempts to move the button up or down using css. Could someone offer a suggested fix?

I am getting redirect errors in my Google webmaster tools, 170 to be exact. An example of one of the URLs is

http://www.doodlebuckets.com/store/-p-101.html?zenid=36c9a9b86fa118f48dae035252543c86

You get product not found when you go there. Is the 301 redirect in the Apple Zen additions to htaccess something that influences this? I am at a loss as to how to get rid of these errors...

In the end of it, I used the tpl_product_info_display.php to move the Tell A Friend button up further - It wasn't my first choice but now that it's in place I'm fine with it.

I'm wondering if it is possible to change the width of the sideboxes on the right hand side. I have tried changed the pixel width in the Admin->Configuration->Layout Settings...and changing the pixel width there hasn't changed anything (except for the width of the manufacturers drop down box...which wasn't very aesthetically pleasing).

I'm sure this is an easy fix, perhaps an edit in the stylesheet?

In Configuration > Layout Settings, I would have thought these would do the trick:

Column Width - Left
Column Width - Right

and also

Column Width - Left Boxes
Column Width - Right Boxes

Search for that text under "Tools", "Developers Tool Kit" and it will tell you exactly where to change it.

You can open up includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/tpl_header.php, and in place of the zen cart derived logo, do it manually.

You don't have all the files uploaded into the correct folders. Check, double, and triple check.

How do I remove the My Account menu button?

My web site is a show case (Store status = 1) and therefore I do not need the shopping cart, or the login functionality. I found how to remove the Shopping Cart menu button, and I removed the My Account sub menu items. However, I can't figure out how to remove the My Account menu button.

I have searched this thread for several hours and have learned much about tpl_drop_menu.php and tpl_header.php but have not found an answer to my specific issue.:dontgetit
