Display price with VAT/TAX and Ex VAT/TAX

if anyone wants to add somethng to my cart and then click on "view my cart" or shopping cart ye'll see the problem i'm having...

The addon "include_and_exclude_tax_in_prices_nettgross_1-23a" was made for 1.3.9 and works in my 1.5.0 site as you can see here.

Only one file was needed to merge. Use WinMerge and make the adjustment. Easy.

I've checked through the files and the only difference I could find between 1.3.9h and 1.5.0 in the files changed by the plugin was "includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php" ("includes/templates/custom/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php" in the plugin).

This appears to have changed slightly between 1.3.9h and 1.5.0 but the only thing is that lines 174-182 for Tell a Friend button have been removed in 1.5.0, and the copyright and version number have changed (line 9 and 12).

The only change made in the plugin looks to be that the end of line 71 seems to have changed.

In 1.3.7 it is

zen_get_products_display_price((int)$_GET['products_id']);

in the plugin it is

get_products_display_price((int)$_GET['products_id']);

So it seems that to produce a 1.5.0 version of this plugin I just need to delete zen_ from zen_get_products_display_price on line 71 of "includes/templates/custom/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php"

Hi, This mod is working great so far but for 1 (what i believe it minor) issue, if i have something that's £250 ex vat, so £300 inc vat, on the caterlog pages where is shows everything in the category its price is only shown at £250 until someone clicks on the product for a detailed view, how can i make it so these prices also include vat or at the least if thats not possible make it so the £250 it shows says Ex Vat next to it,

How can i make it it shows the Inc Tax price on the cart total at the top of teh calendar as that still seems to show the ex tax price on it

Does anyone know why im getting duplicate information on teh 2 of 3 payment screen, I have upload a picture so you can see what i mean, Ive tried to look for the file i need to edit to remove the duplicate code but not a clue which it is

You might have a bad merge of includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_shopping_cart_default.php. Try using the one from the mod, then merging in your changes slowly and testing as you update.

ive just uploaded the one from the mod thats unmodified in anyway and it still exactly the same, any other ideas?

The mod includes a css file. Did you install that in includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/css ?

Yea i changed all the YOUR_TEMPLATE folder names to the correct template name before loading so the structure was right before it was all uploaded, I may of edited the CSS file tho (cant remember doing so ), so i will re-upload one that's 100% unmodified and see what happens

just checked the css file and the one i have uploaded it a unmodified one, i've also tried it with 3/4 different theme in case it was just the theme causing problems but still exactly the same at the same point of each theme,

really not sure what to look at next,

Display price with tax is set to "Ex/inc" and the sidebox is set to "Left/right Column status(on) - Location(Left), both sort orders are 0 for now - single column status(off)"

ive just re-installed a fresh version of the zencart in a different directory with no mods but the ex/inc tax mod installed, no templates etc and its still the same

OK. Delete includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_modules_order_totals.php. I'll have to change this so it's only used for settings True or False with Display Prices with Tax.

My prices are inc/exc tax show ok on the product page but is a little off on when checking out. Any idea how i can fix this? thanks

I was referring to the calculations; the subtotal including tax and the total are different
