HI Rod.
I m having a problem with the oz post mod.
First though, what is the current version? I have Version: V1.0.2 from the zencart site but i see you mention v 2... and TNT prices in a post. How do i get the latest version?
The latest version (with TNT & Fastway support) hasn't been officially released yet, but the files to upgrade an existing ozpost installation can be found as an attachment to one of my posts in the main ozpost support thread.

Website is here - http://www.freestyleimports.com/freestyleimportscomau/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=34&products_id=182
The link doesn't help if you have the shipping quotes disabled (or only available after signing in and going to the checkout).

I have added the code from patching.txt to
/admin/includes/modules/update_product.php
and /admin/includes/modules/product/collect_info.php as these are changed files in dual pricing 1.5
Those changes won't directly affect quotes - They are there to give you the ability to add/edit the dimension data.
marknew:
The postage quotes from ozpost come back too low when i compare them to the Australia Post website.
This really can't happen since both sites use the same data, so if it ever seems to happen it can only be caused by your input data not being what you think it is.

Debugging information
Item 1 1:8 Nokier Brushed Truck
Attribute Item Parcel
Qty 1 Weight 100 Qty 1 Weight 110
Dimensions 40.00 x 10.00 x 10.00 40.00 x 10.00 x 10
Cube 4000 4000
CubicWeight 1Kgs 1Kgs
here's the postage costs from ozpost
$0.00 0 (Includes $0.00 Packaging & Handling ).
$4.35 4 (Includes $0.00 Packaging & Handling ).
This looks perfectly correct to me.. (you can ignore the $0.00 "quote" that is a 'bogus' output field to ensure the module has something to output in debug mode).
The $4.35 quote would be for a small parcel, weighing 110gms (100gms + 10% tare).
The dimensions you have given this item 40.00cm x 10.00cm x 10cm ensures that this item won't be quoted as a letter, and although the cubic weight is 1kg, the actual weight (according to the data provided) is considerably less than 1kg and the cubing rules only apply to parcels heavier than this - as such, the ozpost module has quite correctly quoted you $4.35 charged as a regular parcel.
The other figues you quoted can be explained in the same manner.

Australia Post website gives me this
Sending parcels within Australia
From 4558To 4563 Weight 3kg - 4kg Dimensions 40.0cm x 10.0cm x 10.0cm
Regular Parcel $9.85
I suspect this is also correct, a 3kg - 4kg regular parcel will cost $9.85.
As I said, your input data isn't what you think it is. 100gm seems a little light to me. Does this $385 truck really only weigh 100gms?
Do keep in mind that although the Aust Post cubing rules are taken into consideration, the item weight is still the most important factor in determining costs.
Cheers
Rod
