Mailbeez After Sales Modules

Hi
I have checked through the template file and can't see anything missed, I have also cleared /mailhive/common/template_c/ but it still looks the same...

I can't find: (MailBeez > configuration > template engine

Below is the template code:

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules

you need to edit the body template of the module you are using - seems you edited the main template

module templates are located in

/mailhive/mailbeez/<module>/email

I can't find: (MailBeez > configuration > template engine
it is there, just look for itAttachment 14109

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules

Attachment 14113

I have this mod all installed and working, except when test e-mails are sent, they look like the image I've attached. I can't figure out how to get rid of the DOCTYPE line at the very top. I saw another post in this thread where they said to use smtp for the e-mail, but we can't get it working on the server, the e-mails fail with smtp. It should be a simple thing to just remove this line of code? I don't know why we need to spend a bunch of time fiddling with smtp. Can someone just please tell me how to remove this line? I thought it was in email_html.tpl, but removing the line at the top of that file has no effect.

Thanks!

Danielle

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules

I did that already actually, it didn't solve the issue. It did stop the zencart email header/footer from showing, but did not remove that line of text at the top about DOCTYPE etc. I got the smtp working and now the e-mails are fine, but it would be nice if that text just wasn't in there to begin with.

hi danielle,

you need to apply a code change as described on:

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules

Having trouble with a previous install. The URL posts without the .php extension (https://www.mystore.com/admin/mailbeez?tab=home) resulting in a page not found error. Adding the .php in the URL allows the page to function fine but hovering over the links to the other tabs, options, etc all display a URL with the missing .php extension. I completed a new install and the same issue occurs. Using ZC 1.3.9h.

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules

[Attachment no longer available]Was working ok on 1.3.9
upgraded to 1.5 ZC
and installed MailBeez
V. 2.9.5

Whenever I click on any of these for any module
HTML, TEXT, Send Test Email, Run
The pop up box load website homepage instead of email template. I have checked and all files are in correct directories. The only thing I can think can cause issue is when I downloaded the mail beez and unzip it. Then many files were showing "Without encryption" Message.
How I can fix this and get it going?

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules

Hi I have the latest version installed and mostly working. Im using SMTP and I get test emails fine. But no emails have been sent to customers. Im using the 10 day review reminder module. Some of the settings are:

Activate Module
True

Order Status Trigger
Pending [1],Processing [2]

Workflow - Number of Review Invitations (1-3)
1

Minimum Age of Order
10

Number of Days to Look Back
9

Im using 1.39h.
What can we check to fix this?

just getting back from holidays ;)

the number of days to look back must be bigger than minimum age of order, e.g.

Minimum Age of Order
10

Number of Days to Look Back
15

will find orders between 10 and 15 days old.

hope that helps?

I have used this module before however I am running the newest version of Zencart and am trying to install After sales automatic trigger campaigns and cannot locate the Mailbeez item in the drop down of the backend after I have uploaded all the files to their respective directories. Any help or similar experience?

Make sure you download the latest version from www.mailbeez.com and follow the installation instructions on http://www.mailbeez.com/documentation/installation/basic-installation-zen-cart-1-5-x/

all should work then!
