I found slimbox today, because I want to show a text in a lightbox too.
I had lightbox installed, to uninstall lightbox I first searched for "lightbox" in my shop folder and deleted all files and the one folder where the name contained "lightbox"
Then I edited the includes\modules\pages\product_reviews\header_php.php and removed the one commented line from it.
Next, I deleted the includes\modules\YOUR-TEMPLATE-FOLDER\additional_images.php
and includes\templates\YOUR-TEMPLATE-FOLDER\templates\tpl_modules_main_product_image.php
To remove the entry from the admin panel and the database entries I used this in the SQL patches:
SET @t4=0;
SELECT (@t4:=configuration_group_id) as t4
FROM configuration_group
WHERE configuration_group_title= 'Zen Lightbox';
DELETE FROM configuration WHERE configuration_group_id = @t4;
DELETE FROM configuration_group WHERE configuration_group_id = @t4;
DELETE FROM configuration_group VALUES (NULL, 'Zen Lightbox', 'Configure Zen Lightbox options', '1', '1');
It gave me a mysql error (I know very little about MYSQL), but the entries are gone for good
Then I installed Fual SlimBox and it works perfectly. Doing all that LightBox used to do and...
It does display the text files in the lightbox!!!
